The 2nd International Conference on Agriculture and Agro-Industry was held in November 20-21, 2014 at Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, Thailand, the so-called “ICAAI2014” under the theme of “Fresh Produce, Novel Process and Health Product." The conference aims to provide an opportunity for the national and/or international community to exchange ideas and to develop a common vision for the future of fresh produces, novel processes and health products.
